What are your booking hours?
Preferred service times may be requested between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, subject to availability.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Safe and clear access instructions may be provided in advance.
Do cleaners bring supplies?
Professional cleaners generally arrive with standard supplies and equipment unless another arrangement is confirmed.
Can I request the same cleaner again?
We will try to maintain continuity for recurring customers, subject to cleaner availability.
Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans are available.
Do you clean Airbnb and short-term rentals?
Yes. Turnover cleaning, linen changes, restocking, and optional host reports are available.

Can I add oven or refrigerator cleaning?
Yes. Appliance and specialty services can be booked alone or added to another service.
